1. FACTORY PROVIDE 3-YEARS PRODUCTWARRANTY PERIOD

Including paint yellowing,cracking;Timber trace amounts ofnatural fracture, finger joint marks, stitching marks, bowed.Caused problems for the following cases, not within thescope of warranty protection: 1. Improper use environment (damp or water)causes the wood cracks or deformations (except for PVC shutters) 2. Customerproblems caused by improper operation and transport.

2. FOR DAMAGE,SCRATCH ANDDENT 

Factory will provide in- Warehousephotos,If the photos can’t see this bigger damage or scratch, we consider to be installed or customer error; But such complaints have distance shipped for more than 3months will be excluded from the warranty scope.Factory can be arranged, butmust charge.

3. BEYOND THE SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Factory has provided specifications and special orders table to illustrate, if customer not in accordance with the instructions or beyond the factory instructions and specification requirements,factory will be not responsible for the redo or quality issues.

4. COLOUR DIFFERENCEPROBLEMS

Due to actual finished and color card in making time,paintbatch and the using environment,factors of different,will led to colored poorof produced,factory will control different batch between of paint and color oftest and contrast,but cannot control customer hands color card of usingenvironment,so due to customer reasons by caused of color card color andfactory finished color not match led to of chromatic aberration problem,factorywill excluded in warranty range within. Note:Every six months,factory will sentcolour swatch for partner,used for colour comparison.

5. SELECTION OF RAWMATERIAL

All paint shutters,factoryuse finger joint and stitching process for production;For stain shutters,factorywill use the stitching process but not finger joint process.

If customer can notaccept this process please indicate in advance.

6. Factory photos

Factory will takepictures for two sections to control product quality and delivery.

1. Photos afterinstalling; 2.Photos before shipment. If any quality problem related to abovetwo photos, and the factory supplied photos prove it is not factory’s responsibility，thenfactory will not be responsible for these mistakes.(Such as wrong size，codelayout or missing packet, etc.)

7. Finished size

Since the product is madeby wood，2mm width and height allowance is allowed. If any remake requirementbecause of this 2mm error in size，it will not be recognized.
